Oh Space NK...

Space NK is my weakness, and when they had their Winter beauty event on Wednesday I just couldn't help myself, I mean, look at all the amazing bits I got...

Sorry this is so late, the offer has come and gone, but I still wanted to show you the things I bought as I have had a chance to test them out!

Every season Space NK hold an event where you can go along to their store, talk to the specialists, drink a little champagne and peruse the beautiful products on offer. Tickets are £15 but fully redeemable on products and if you spend £150 you get an amazing goody bag!

This one I couldn't make but luckily for me they were holding the event online too so I got up early in the morning to make sure I could nab myself a bag and I did *grins*.

Whats inside..
Diptyque Baies Candle (small size)
Lipstick Queen Matte Gloss (full size)
REN Active 7 Radiant Eye Gell (full size)
Eve Lom Cleanser (small size)
Becca Blush (full size)
Caudalie Divine Oil (small size)
Kevyn Aucoin The Essential Mascara (small size)
Aromatherapy Associates Essential Travel Oils (4 x small sizes)
And..
a £50 Space NK gift card! screams!

And this is what I bought to receive it..

This Works In Transit No Traces
I hate taking my make up off, I am a laaaazy person so anything that will do it quick and effectively is great. These are pads soaked in make up remover which you are supposed to 'swipe and go'. Now they are great, but one definitely isn't enough to remove all my make up so using two a day would become a pretty expensive habit! My skin feels really clean after using these, much more so than a wipe (don't tell anyone that I occasionally use these), so we will see I may have them stashed away for lazy days *ahem* everyday.

By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Powder
I was determined not to get this as £41 for a powder did make me gulp a bit, but after I brushed a bit over my face I was totally sold. This completely filled in my pores, got rid of shine, made my face feel sooo soft and kept it pretty matte all day cue angels singing! It is a completely white powder but I find it doesn't give me any sort of white cast. This paired with the Hourglass Primer has kept my make up looking great for longer than it has ever done before, so worth it.

Healgel Intensive
As soon as I saw 'soothes irritation' I knew I needed this, a light gel treatment used to treat redness, irritation and other skin concerns. My skin fit the bill. It is a bit strange and I can feel it on my skin when it dries but it is very soothing when you put it on initially. I will say I haven;t used it for long enough to comment on the results but I will definitely keep you posted.

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer
This was first in my basket after finishing many small sizes of these I knew I had to take the plunge and buy the big one. This is the only primer I found that actually works for me and my extremely oily skin. It instantly smooths the face and creates a great base for make up, clinging on to it all day. A must have for me now and if you have oily skin I urge you to try a sample or the smaller size of this!

Hourglass Femme Nude Lip Stylo No. 3
I love a swipe and go lipstick and I love Hourglass so it was a bit of a no brainer for me! After trawling Google images for colour swatches I went for Nude No. 3 which is described as a 'nude rose' and I definitely agree. I find nudes with a bit more pink in suit me better and make me less corpse like. This is a lovely lip product and lasts for a while as it isn't too sheeny. Note: maybe pop a bit of lip balm underneath to stop it drying your lips out.

Let me know if you get sick of Space NK posts as I have another coming up! What are your fave products from there?
